François is Associate Director for Safety and Quantitative Innovation in the Global Safety department at GSK. His background is rooted in biostatistics. During more than 15 years at GSK, François has held a variety of roles within the Vaccines division. These include serving as a biostatistician for clinical trials and epidemiological studies, focusing on vaccine effectiveness, Post-Authorization Safety Studies (PASS), and as an ad-hoc member of epidemiological and safety review committees. He also worked as a pharmacoepidemiologist in Vaccine Safety. François has a keen interest in innovative analytic solutions for quantitative signal detection and evaluation in varying data sources including real-world data, such as electronic health records and insurance claims data.
