Dr. Carole Marxer is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics (MEB) at Karolinska Institutet (KI) in Stockholm, Sweden. She has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy from the University of Basel, Switzerland. She did her PhD in Epidemiology in the Basel Pharmacoepidemiology Unit (BPU) at the University Hospital Basel and University of Basel (Switzerland), where she performed observational studies in pregnant women and based on national and international health databases.
