Dr. Patricia Lloyd is a Health Statistician and joined the FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, Office of Biostatistics and Pharmacovigilance in 2021. Prior to joining FDA, she was a supervisory statistician with the DC Department of Health where she worked with vital records, hospital discharge data, and COVID-19 surveillance data. She also worked as a health statistician in the data linkage program at the CDC/National Center for Health Statistics where she lead the linkage of two national population health surveys with administrative data from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has a decade of experience working as a statistician and statistical programmer in the area of public health and received her PhD in Epidemiology at the George Washington University and Masters degree in Biostatistics from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
