Brenna L. Brady, PhD, is a Practice Leader in the Real-World Data Research and Analytics Group at Merative. She began her career as a science researcher, and has leveraged her background in immunology and molecular biology to conduct retrospective and prospective health outcomes studies across a variety of disease states. She has experience working in academic, government, and industry settings. Her retrospective analyses have used a variety of data sources including administrative claims, electronic health records, and registry datasets. She has also conducted prospective studies based on surveys and medical chart review. Dr. Brady’s work has led to a variety of publications in both sciences and health outcomes fields. Her work covers multiple fields including epigenetics and gene regulation, rheumatology, gastroenterology, oncology, diabetes, and mental health. Before joining Merative, Dr. Brady held a senior research position at a health outcomes contract research organization and served as a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health. She holds a PhD in immunology from the University of Pennsylvania.
