Irene is a second-year Ph.D. student from Taiwan. She earned her Pharm.D. from the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, where she concentrated her thesis on the cost-effectiveness of liver cancer treatments. Following her Pharm.D., Irene worked as a Research Associate at National Taiwan University, focusing on projects related to the disease burden of psoriasis and the health outcomes of medication use, utilizing electronic medical records and claims data in Taiwan. Currently, she is working on sleep disorders among older adults and exploring geriatric pharmacoepidemiology alongside Dr. Kaufmann and Dr. Morris.
