Recently graduated master student in Biostatistics
Department of Statistics and Quantitative Methods, Division of Biostatistics, University of Milano-Bicocca, Milan, Italy, Italy
My name is Magherita Camanni, and I am a dedicated researcher specializing in Maternal and Neonatal Health. I recently completed my studies in Biostatistics and hold bachelor's and master's degrees in Midwifery and Nursing and Midwifery Sciences. My passion for perinatal research led me to work on a study funded by the Italian Ministry of Health, focusing on the crucial intersection of epigenetics and nutrition during pregnancy. This experience ignited my interest in data analysis and epidemiology, prompting me to pursue a master's degree in biostatistics. Following the completion of my studies, I conducted in-depth research on pharmacoepidemiology in pregnancy at the esteemed "PharmaSafe" research group led by Prof. Hedvig Nordeng in Oslo. I am thrilled to have been chosen to present my poster at my first international conference, an opportunity that will undoubtedly allow me to forge valuable connections with esteemed researchers from around the world and gain insights into their pioneering work.
