Dr. Jagriti Jha is a driven and accomplished medical professional who has excelled across multiple domains, including academics, research, and extracurricular pursuits. Graduating with an esteemed MBBS degree from the largest civil hospital in Asia, being among top 50 in her state in the entrance test, Dr. Jha displayed early on a strong passion for the medical field.
Throughout her MBBS journey, Dr. Jha consistently showcased exceptional academic acumen and dedication. Currently pursuing MD Pharmacology at Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital in Mumbai, renowned as India's most prestigious medical college, Dr. Jha secured the second admission in this coveted course nationwide, highlighting her outstanding abilities and commitment to specialization.
In the realm of research, Dr. Jha has made significant contributions. She has actively participated in two animal studies focusing on conditions such as NASH and Rheumatoid Arthritis, as well as four clinical observational studies covering areas such as infectious diseases, anti-seizure medications, metronomic chemotherapy, and biosimilars. Dr. Jha's dedication to advancing medical knowledge is further evidenced by her completed observational study on Premenstrual Syndrome during her MBBS tenure. In her curriculum she has experience of teaching Pharmacology to young MBBS, nursing and physiotherapy students. She has excelled in the PG activities in her department including journal clubs and seminars getting an excellent score in her presentations. She has also won award for poster presentation in national and international conferences.
Beyond her academic and research pursuits, she also maintains a keen interest in sports and fashion. Her achievements extend to the corporate world as well, with a notable summer internship at AstraZeneca, as she was among the top 5 in the nationwide internship exam.
