I am Yuri Song, a graduate student and a clinical pharmacist at the College of Pharmacy and Research Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Seoul National University, Republic of Korea. I specialize in clinical pharmacy with a focus on developing disease prediction models using clinical data, verifying the clinical effectiveness of shared decision-making models, and creating digital therapies to enhance medication adherence and disease management.
In addition to my research, I also work as a clinical pharmacist in nephrology and kidney transplantation at Seoul National University Hospital. This role allows me to apply my academic knowledge in a clinical setting, furthering my experience in patient care and advancing my expertise in managing chronic conditions such as chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease.
I am committed to improving therapeutic outcomes and patient quality of life through research and clinical practice. My involvement in both academic research and hands-on clinical work uniquely positions me to contribute significantly to the field of clinical pharmacy, particularly in the areas of chronic illness management and patient-centered care.
I actively engage in national and international conferences to share and expand my knowledge, contributing to the dynamic field of clinical pharmacy. My objective is to continue developing tools and methodologies that support effective patient management and treatment strategies.
