Pharmacoepidemiologists at ARS Toscana, Italy
I attended the PhD program on Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Bologna, focusing on the post-marketing evaluation of the benefit-risk assessment of drugs in neonates.
Before and during my PhD education in pharmacoepidemiology, I obtained the Clinical Monitor qualification from the first-level Master on Clinical Monitoring at the National Association of Hospital Cardiologists in Florence (Italy). I also worked as Clinical Study Coordinator at the Cardiology Unit and the Oncology Unit of public hospitals in Italy.
I have continued to work in both roles - Pharmacoepidemiologist and Clinical Study Coordinator - since joining the Pharmacoepidemiology unit at ARS Toscana, headed by Rosa Gini. Here, I have participated as a collaborator in numerous Regional and European projects.
