Odette de Bruin is a medical doctor pursuing a PhD at the Department of Data Science & Biostatistics, University Medical Center Utrecht (UMCU) and the Department of Obstetrics, Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital, the Netherlands. She is an investigator at the CONSIGN project and coordinates an international study on COVID-19-related medication use during pregnancy. Her research also focuses on maternal vaccination, a promising health strategy to protect mothers and infants against various infectious diseases.
