Yu-Wen Chu, Ph.D., is the Chief of the Dispensing Division in the Department of Pharmacy at Taichung Veterans General Hospital. I earned a Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, National Defense Medical Center, on June 30, 2017. I also hold an M.S. from the Graduate Institute of Pharmacy, awarded on July 31, 2000, and a B.S. from the School of Pharmacy, National Defense Medical Center, Taipei, Taiwan, received on July 31, 1996.
Since July 2021, I have been serving as an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. My professional experience as a pharmacist includes serving at Taichung Veterans General Hospital from October 2014 to the present and at Tri-Service General Hospital from August 2001 to October 2014.
