Paul is a PhD neuroscientist with over 25 years of clinical development experience across the product lifecycle. He works as Neurotechnology Innovation Leader in the late stage Neuroscience organization of F. Hoffmann-La Roche in Basel. His leads a multidisciplinary team that focusses on the development, validation and regulatory qualification of digital clinical outcome assessments for the measurement of functional disease progression of patients living with neuromuscular diseases and movement impairments. He is a co-inventor of SV95C, the first digital outcome measure that has been qualified by a health authority for use as primary endpoint in pivotal studies and support drug approval. Prior to Roche, Paul worked at Novartis, Johnson & Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline.
