Katie Mues, PhD, MPH, Vice President of Science, is a pharmacoepidemiologist with over seven years of industry experience who currently leads Aetion’s Medical Device & Diagnostics Center of Excellence and Aetion’s partnership with NESTcc. Prior to joining Aetion, she was an epidemiologist at Amgen, spending her early career in the Centre for Observational Research leading RWE activities for innovative cardiovascular therapies. Most recently, Katie was a Medical Director, leading RWE as part of the Medical Affairs group, including design and execution of clinical registries and pragmatic trials in support of key Amgen products. Katie received her PhD and MPH in Epidemiology from Emory University.
