Benjamin Bates, MD is an Instructor of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Member of Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Within ISPE, Ben serves as the Secretary for the Cancer SIG (2021-Present) and member of International Steering Committee for ISPE’s Asian Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology (2021-Present). His research leverages large databases, including claims, cancer registries, and electronic health records, as well as mixed methods, to evaluate cancer treatments, services, and health outcomes of patients with cancer.
