Liz Lynn, PhD, is the Head of Scientific & Educational Development and Head of Project Management & Process Efficiency at the Drug Safety Research Unit (DSRU), based in Southampton, UK. She has a background in molecular biology and proteomics, and recently completed a postgraduate diploma (PgD) in Pharmacovigilance at the DSRU/ University of Portsmouth. She graduated from Imperial College with BSc (Hons) in Biology and subsequently gained an MSc in Molecular Parasitology and Vector Biology from the University of Manchester and a PhD in molecular parasitology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
Liz’s role at the DSRU is broadly to lead development of further scientific, educational and business opportunities in collaboration with the senior team at DSRU and to lead project management of research activities.
