I, Miss Ruby Kasana, Ph.D. Scholar at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) Guwahati. My research is primarily focused on pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacotherapy, where I aim to generate real evidence from raw clinical data to inform and improve therapeutic practices. With a comprehensive background in pharmacy, bolstered by a Bachelor's and Master's degree, my work bridges the gap between clinical research and practical application in healthcare.
At NIPER Guwahati, my research endeavors are centered on understanding the patterns, causes, and effects of drug use in populations, as well as optimizing pharmacotherapy to enhance patient outcomes. By leveraging real-world clinical data, I strive to provide actionable insights into the efficacy, safety, and economic impact of medications. My studies often involve the analysis of large datasets to uncover trends and inform evidence-based practices in healthcare.
As I present my work at this meeting, I look forward to sharing my findings and engaging with fellow researchers and professionals in meaningful discussions. My journey as a Ph.D. scholar is driven by a commitment to excellence and a desire to make significant contributions to the field of pharmacy practice and pharmacoepidemiology, and pharmacotherapy, ultimately aiming to improve patient care through robust clinical research.
