Kevin McConeghy, PharmD, PhD, is a clinical pharmacy specialist with the Providence VA Medical Center and Professor of Practice at Brown University School of Public Health. He maintains an active research program as part of Veterans Health Administration funded Center of Innovation (COIN THRIVE). His research program intersects interests in causal inference and improving medication safety, effectiveness and cost-reductions in the long-term care and Veteran population.
